Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 28.12.2011 against the fourth respondent within a stipulated time as filed by this Honourable Court. O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 28.12.2011 against the fourth respondent within a stipulated time as fixed by this Honourable Court.

2. On going through the prayer sought for herein, this Court feels that, there is no service dispute involved in this writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition, as the petitioner seeks a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 28.12.2011 against the fourth respondent. This kind of dispute cannot be resolved by filing a writ petition invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India in service portfolio.

3. If at all the petitioner has got any grievance against the fourth respondent, who happens to be a Government Servant, it is for the petitioner to redress his grievance elsewhere and not before this Court and that too, in service portfolio.

4. For the aforesaid reasons, the prayer sought for cannot be granted and hence, this writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
