When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants that the order of the learned Single Judge has already been implemented. Therefore, nothing survives in the Writ Appeal. 3.

Recording the same, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
