(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After hearing the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchengode to consider and if necessary take a decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 12th April 2017 being part of the typed set of papers in accordance with law, after giving the petitioner and others concerned an opportunity of hearing, at the earliest and in any case within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.
