This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Pondicherry, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.09 of 2017.

Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Pondicherry, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.09 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.
