Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 praying to modify the order in Crl.O.P.No.34580 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025 in para No.6 which states:

"6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kunnam on condition that each of the petitioner shall executed a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, and on further condition that:" as "6. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the satisfaction Court as Learned Mahila Court, Perambalur instead of Judicial Magistrate, Kunnam in Crl.O.P.No.34580 of 2025 by an order dated 17.12.2025.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

The learned Government Advocate has no serious objection for allowing this petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 04.03.2026 mp Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order and issue corrected order copy to the parties.
