ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2022 in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the petitioner to put forth her submissions within a specified period.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that after the demise of her parents namely Thanikachalam (Father) and Yasodha (Mother), the petitioner made representations before the concerned authorities. Since the same was not considered the petitioner filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.No.1646 of 2022 seeking a direction to the authorities concerned to furnish a copy of the legal heirship certificate of the petitoner's parents. This Court vide order dated 04.02.2022, directed the petitoner to file a fresh application before the respondents 3 and 4 and on such application being made the respondents 3 and 4 were directed to dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks, 2/6
pursuant to which the pettioner made a representation before the third respondent seeking for issuance of a copy of the legal heir certificate of the petitioner's parents. The third respondent vide proceedings dated Nil April 2022 rejected the petitioner's claim stating that the petitioner has made the representation belatedly after a period of 30 years from the date of death of her parents. Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation dated 02.06.2022, before the second respondent seeking the very same relief. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Thouygh very many grounds have been raised in the present writ petition, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection for the said order being passed.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the second respondent 3/6
to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
