This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 16.09.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Alandur, Chennai in Crl.MPNo.1977 of 2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
