Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days for a period of eight weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2311/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.2118/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.ARAVIND SUBRAMANYAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police once in fifteen days for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required, until further orders, as directed by the order of this Court, dated 21.02.2020, Crl.MP.No.2311 of 2020 in , made in Crl.OP.No.2118 of 2020.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the order of this Court, dated, 21.02.2020. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent has also made the same submission. required, until further orders. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
