ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The review petition has been instituted to review the order dated 08.09.2015 wherein the Division Bench of this Court directed the respondents therein to consider the representation dated 02.02.2015 and take necessary consequential action after proper survey and inspection.
2. The grounds raised in the review petition on merits cannot be entertained nor those grounds can be re-adjudicated in the review proceedings. Scope of review proceedings cannot be expanded for readjudication of issues already considered by the Division Bench of this Court. Even non-consideration of certain issues on merits will not constitute a ground to entertain the review petition. Since the petitioner has not established any error apparent warranting exercise of review powers, the review application stands dismissed. No costs.
