ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.01.2022, at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 294(b) and 326A of IPC in crime no.21 of 2022 seeks bail.

2. The petitioner filed second bail petition and he is the sole accused, was alleged to have attacked the victim lady with acid in order to wreck vengeance on her for being paramour of his son in law and spoiling the life of his daughter. Based on the complaint given by the victim, the accused was traced and was arrested on 08.01.2022, he was found with acid burn injury in his body and also a stolen two wheeler which he used to escape from the scene after attacking the defacto complainant.

3. Considering the gravity of the crime and the intention of causing injury, this Court is of the view that released of the petitioner before completion of investigation will be danger to the acid victim girl.
