ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of B.T.Assistant as per the GO.Ms.No.134, School Education (G2) Department dated 13.06.2007 and also in the light of the order made in WP.(MD) No.13761 of 2009 dated 21.12.2009.

On perusal of records, now the entire recruitment process has been changed and all the persons necessarily have to pass Teacher Eligibility Test to appoint in any of the teacher posts. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. 3.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
