COMMON ORDER When the contempt petitions are taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that writ appeals have been filed against the orders passed in the writ petitions. He would further submit that the Division Bench of this Court has taken a contra view.

2.In such view of the matter, these contempt petitions stand closed, however, giving liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter in the writ appeals.
