(CR.NO.356 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the order dated 21.02.2020 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2204 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.1591 of 2020 in so far relates to imposing condition that the petitioner should donate 25 bags of ponni rice each 50 kg to the Unithed Orphanage for the Disabled, No.96A, Sathy Main Road,(via S.S.Kulam), Kurumbapalayam, Coimbatore- 641 107 by donate the rice bags.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.RAGHAVAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 21.02.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.2204 of 2020 in Crl.O.P. No.1591 of 2020, directing the petitioner to donate 25 bags (each bag containing 50 kgs) of Ponni rice to "The United Orphanage for the Disabled, 96A, Sathy Main Road, (Via S.S.Kulam), Kurumbapalayam, Coimbatore - 641 107. [Ph.No.(0422) 2667424]".
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not able to comply with the said condition, and hence, required a suitable modification to enable the petitioner to contribute lesser quantity of rice to any charitable institution.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to donate 15 bags (each bag containing 50 kgs) of Ponni rice to "The United Orphanage for the Disabled, 96A, Sathy Main Road, (Via S.S.Kulam), Kurumbapalayam, Coimbatore - 641 107. [Ph.No.(0422) 2667424]".

4. Further, one week time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, to comply with the condition.
