This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.11 of 2024, registered on the file of the first respondent-Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the first respondent-police, submits that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet in RC/17/2024 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Sirkazhi.

3. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek remedies in the manner known to law.
