] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 136 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 21.08.2023 passed in S.C.No.213 of 2022 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thiruppur.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
