PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent police to file a final report in connection with Crime No.300 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.300 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.300 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506 (ii) of IPC has been completed by the respondent Police and the final report has been filed as early as on 27.06.2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal. However, the case has not been taken on file.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal is take the final report in Crime No.300 of 2019 on file within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
