ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.18 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Gummidipoondi. 2.The matter was listed for admission on 14.03.2023 and at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, it was adjourned by two weeks. Thereafter, the petitioners did not take any steps to bring the matter for admission. The case has been pending for past three years without even ordering notice to the respondent. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in person or through pleader. It shows that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with the case. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the trial is yet to commence.
