ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to cancel the patta bearing No.7807 standing in the name of the 4th respondent for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.09.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that illegally, the 4th respondent had obtained patta No.7807 in his name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. She seeks for cancellation of the same and had given a representation, dated 04.09.2025 for the said purpose. Page No.2 of 6
Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is passed against the 4th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with, after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent or any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.09.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta No.7807 standing in the name of the 4th respondent for the property Page No.3 of 6
morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent or any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
