CRIME NO.92 OF 2020 Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the 5(b) condition imposed by this Honourable Court in the order dated 25.02.2020 in Crl.O.P.Nos.4207, 4209 & 4208 of 2020 by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances [IN CRL.MP.NOS.3474 TO 3476 OF 2020] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.MEENA, Advocate [IN CRL.MP.NO.3474/2020 IN CRL.OP.NO.4207/2020], M/S.M.GURUPRASAD Advocate [IN CRL.MP.NO.3475/2020 IN CRL.OP.NO.4209/2020] & M/S.D.LAKSHMIPATHY Advocate [IN CRL.MP.NO.3476/2020 IN CRL.OP.NO.4208/2020] for the petitioner and of MR.L.CHARLES PREM KUMAR Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate.
2.This Court on the basis of the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, only has imposed condition 5(b) in the order dated 25.02.2020 made in Crl.O.P.Nos.4207, 4208 and 4209 of 2020. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain these petitions.
3.However, this order will not stand on the way of the petitioners to comply with the order dated 25.02.2020 made in Crl.O.P.Nos.4207, 4208 and 4209 of 2020 and this Court is inclined to grant a further period of three weeks to comply with the order dated 25.02.2020.
4.These petitions are dismissed. Time for complying with the conditions imposed on the petitioners in the order dated 25.02.2020 made in Crl.O.P.Nos.4207, 4208 and 4209 of 2020 is extended by a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
