Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to review the order of suspension of the petitioner made in Na.Ka.Aa/1-5/129-2011 dated 10.05.2011 on the basis of the representation dated 29.12.2011 within a time frame.

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to review the order of suspension of petitioner dated 10.05.2011 on the basis of his representation dated 29.12.2011.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Advocate, on written instructions, submits that the petitioner has thereafter, attained the age of superannuation and has retired from service with effect from 2014 and therefore, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. It is also brought to the notice that a criminal case against the petitioner is pending and the petitioner has even given an undertaking to withdraw the present writ petition. 2/4
