O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Respondent police to file the final report against the accused persons in Crime No.302/2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.302 of 2019 for the offence under Section 294(b), 323 & 506(1) of IPC is going on and the respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six months.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
