Jayaseeli Elisha v. The Official Assignee

Appln.No.62 of 2024 in I.P.No.28 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition is filed to amend the name column of the petitioner as Mrs.Jayaseeli Elisha, D/o.Joseph Durairaj instead of Mrs.Jayaseeli Elisha, W/o.Joseph Durairaj in the short cause title and long cause title in the Insolvency Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of the above submission and on perusing the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the main Insolvency petition.
