O R D E R

Challenging the fair and final order passed in I.A.No.14 of 2019 in O.S.No.1625 of 2018 dated 18.01.2019 on the file of the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, the petitioners herein have filed the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Though the civil revision petition has been filed challenging the fair and final order in I.A.No.14 of 2019 in O.S.No.1625 of 2018 dated 18.01.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the counsel appearing for first respondent who has entered caveat, submitted that a direction may be issued to the III Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the I.A.No.998 of 2019 in O.S.No.1625 of 2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a stipulated time.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the III Additional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the I.A.No.998 of 2019 in O.S.No.1625 of 2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With these observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
