CR.NO.106/2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Puducherry and report before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m for a minimum period of Thirty days and thereafter daily once at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in bail order granted to the petitioner on 24.01.2020 in Crl.OP.No.1268 of 2020 in Crime No.106 of 2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THAMARAI SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. BHARATH CHAKRAVARTHY, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR[PUDUCHERRY] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.1268 of 2020, dated 24.01.2020.

2. This Court while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall stay at Puducherry and report before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m. for a minimum period of thirty days and thereafter, daily once at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 3.Heard both sides.

4.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.1268 of 2020, dated 24.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
