O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to give Electricity Service connection to shop portion in the name and style of 'Shadam Footwear' at Old No.136, New No.318, Kamarajar Salai, Manali, Chennai - 68.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent/Electricity Board, brought to the notice of this Court that, the landlordtenant dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent exists and the Civil Suit instituted in O.S.No.203 of 2011 is also pending.

3. In view of the fact that the civil dispute between the parties are pending, the case of the petitioner cannot be considered at this point of time and therefore, the dispute should reach finality for the purpose of any further consideration by the Electricity Board or otherwise, following the procedures as contemplated.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
