The Writ Petition are filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 namely, the Co-operative Sub Registrar, (Housing) S.944, Krishnagiri Co-operative House Building Society Ltd, the President, S.944, Krishnagiri Co-operative House

Building Society Ltd and the Secretary, S.944, Krishnagiri Cooperative House Building Society Ltd, to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 24.03.2014. For petitioners :Mr.N.E.A.Dinesh in all WP's For R1 to R3 :Mr.V.Selvaraj, in all WP's Additional Government Pleader.

COMMON ORDER:

The petitioners have filed these writ petitions to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 namely, the Co-operative Sub Registrar, (Housing) S.944, Krishnagiri Co-operative House Building Society Ltd, the President, S.944, Krishnagiri Co-operative House Building Society Ltd and the Secretary, S.944, Krishnagiri Co-operative House Building Society Ltd, to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 24.03.2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the writ petitions, as not pressed and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In the light of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petitions are dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
