Since the property as well as the parties are all in Pudukkottai, which falls within the Madurai Bench jurisdiction of this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Madurai Bench of this Court, seeking for the very same relief as prayed for in this writ petition.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. No costs.
