This revision has been filed challenging the order passed in M.P.No.34 of 2006 in M.C.No.339 of 1993 for enhancing the maintenance from Rs.750/- to Rs.2500/-.

2. While admitting the revision, a conditional stay was granted with a direction to the revision petition to deposit Rs.one lakh towards arrears of maintenance and with further direction to continue to deposit a sum of Rs.3000/- on or before 10th of every English Calendar month on 23.08.2011. There is no materials available on record to show that the above Order has been complied with.
