[Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.] The petition has been filed with a delay of 24 days in filing the above appeal.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed by the 1st respondent stating that the prayer in the writ appeal has become infructuous since the order of the learned Single Judge has already been complied with.

3. This Court, being satisfied with the reasons assigned for the delay, in inclined to condone the delay. However, all issues relating to the merits of the appeal, will be decided at the time of hearing the main appeal.

4. Hence, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition seeking condonation of delay of 24 days is allowed.
