Learned counsel for the appellant/A8 submitted that in paragraph 7 (i) of the judgment dated 29.03.2023, the Bond was directed to be executed to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I Peramabalur, instead of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Perambalur.

3. Further, in the cause title portion of the said judgment, the crime number has been wrongly mentioned as Crime No.562 of 2023 instead of Crime No.562 of 2022.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, paragraph 7(i) shall be substituted as under: "7(i) The appellant shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) along with two sureties each, for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Perambalur.

5. Further, the error crept in, in the cause title shall also be amended as "Crime No.562 of 2022" instead of "Crime No.562 of 2023". https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

6. In all other aspects, the earlier judgment dated 29.03.2023 shall remain unaltered.

7. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh corrected copy of the judgment to the parties concerned.
