No.1611 of 2022, dated 03.02.2022, and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PUNNIAKOTI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.1611 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
