ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed seeking speedy disposal of the OS.No.311 of 2021 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Vriddhachalam, Cuddalore District.

On perusal of records, the petitioner is 52 years old lady, who filed suit for partition against her mother, brother and sister. The suit is now riped for trial and there was no progress though she is ready to conduct trial proceedings.

Considering the fact that the first defendant is aged about 69 years and others are aged more than 50 years, the trial Judge is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment.

With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
