Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to divide the joint electricity service connection in the name of the petitioner and th 5th respondent in S.C. No.213-002-1421 with a capacity of 115 HP into two individual connections with equal capacity of 571⁄2 HP in the name of the petitioner and 5th respondent name individually and consequently not to give a fresh connection to the 5th respondent.
