This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to file the charge sheet in crime No.996 of 2020 dated 21.07.2020.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.996 of 2020 for the offences under Section 304 (A) of IPC is going on and the respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the charge sheet within a period of four months.
