(Order of the Court is made by M.JAICHANDREN J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the avements made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection for allowing this petition, this petition stands allowed. Accordingly, the production of the original detention order, dated 22.12.2016, passed by the second respondent and the grounds of detention are dispensed with, for the present.

The Registry is directed to call for the papers and place the records relating to H.C.P.No.521 of 2016, which was disposed of, on 28.09.2016, before this Court, at the time of hearing of the present Habeas Corpus Petition. (M.J.,J) (T.M.,J) 25.01.2017 gpa
