The above suit is filed on the basis of the dealership agreement dated 1.01.2015.

2. Clause No.36 of the said agreement would read as follows:

" Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by Indian Laws and Parties agree that for any legal purpose under this Agreement the Court in Chennai alone will have exclusive jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of other Courts will stand specifically excluded."

3. In the light of the above, the leave sought for is granted.
