Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order in letter No.35843/C2/2008, dated 10.02.2012 on the file of the 1st respondent and for directing the respondents herein to promote the petitioner as Instructor ( Engineering) in the 2nd respondent institute as per the proposal and recommendation sent by the 2nd Respondent to the 1st Respondent in letter No.1809/A3/2008 dated 14.11.2008.

ORDER

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the repeated attempts, there has been no instruction from the petitioner and hence, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to re-open the case, if anything survives.
