Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order in letter No.35843/C2/2008, dated 10.02.2012 on the file of the 1st respondent and for directing the respondents herein to promote the petitioner as Instructor ( Engineering) in the 2nd respondent institute as per the proposal and recommendation sent by the 2nd Respondent to the 1st Respondent in letter No.1809/A3/2008 dated 14.11.2008.

ORDER
