Rules read with Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to grant an interim order directing the respondent to deposit in a scheduled bank a sum of Rs.7,58,620/- (Seven lKhs fifty eight thousand six twenty rupees only) as security for the outstanding loan amount, availed by the respondent on the applicant companies account.
