Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.27226 of 2019 dated 14.10.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27226 of 2019 dated 14.10.2019.

2. This court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.27226 of 2019 dated 14.10.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on 1st working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
