These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed (a) to condone the delay of 7292 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first Appellant, (b) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first Appellant and (c) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first Appellant in the main second appeal.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any serious objection for allowing these petitions.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed as prayed for.
