Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.611 / A1 / 2023 dated 14.02.2024 and to quash the same so far as it directs the period of petitioner school is over and to submit fresh proposal for approval of Correspondent is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to grant renewal of School Committee in consideration of proposal submitted by the petitioner school, within a time frame to be fixed by this Honorable Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.611/A1/2023, dated 14.02.2024, and to quash the same so far as it directs the period of petitioner school is over and to submit fresh proposal for approval of Correspondent is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to grant renewal of School Committee in consideration of proposal submitted by the petitioner school.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, furnished a copy of the proceedings issued by the District Educational Officer (Elementary), Ariyalur District, in proceeding dated 03.04.2024.

3. Since the issues are decided by the authority, the petitioner is at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.

4. With these liberties, the writ petition stands disposed of However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
