ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 25.01.2015 and to pass appropriate direction to the 1st respondent to monitor the 2nd respondent's official work.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.71 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.71 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
