A3/328/2016, dated 15.09.2016, quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to issue S.T. Hindu Kurumans Community Certificate to petitioner S. Chandru, and his sisters viz., S. Vijayalakshmi and S. Jayanthi.
