Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that he shall report before the III Additional Sessions Judge, Salem daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.30269 of 2019 dated 15.11.2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall report before the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Salem, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders, as directed by the order of this Court, dated, 15.11.2019, made in Crl.OP.No.30645 of 2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes that the Petitioner will appear before the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Salem, on all hearing dates.

4. Recording the said undertaking, the said condition is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Salem, on all hearing dates in S.C.No.382 of 2018, without fail.
