JUDGMENT
This criminal appeal has been directed against the conviction and sentence passed, in Sessions Case No.151 of 2007, by the District and Sessions Court (Fast Track Court), Kallakurichi. During pendency of the same, the appellant, by name, Salimabi, has passed away and to that effect, death certificate has been produced. Since the sole appellant has passed away, the charge against her has become abated and therefore, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
