..Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent comprised in the entry pertaining to the Revocation of Settlement dated 18.04.2013 bearing Document No.1416/2013, as disclosed in the first respondent's Encumbrance Certificate No.6922 dated 04.08.2014 and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and without application of mind and consequently direct the first respondent to delete the entry relating thereto in Book-I maintained by him under the Indian Registration Act.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioners state that the writ petition has been filed challenging the unilateral cancellation of settlement deed executed in favour of the writ petitioners. 2.However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the parties have agreed to settle the matter and accordingly, another family arrangement was recorded by the parties concerned on 13.01.2017.

3.In view of the settlement of issues between the parties, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
