Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the online application dated 27.12.2023 filed for permitting the petitioner to register the sale certificate dated 06.11.2023 in favour of the second respondent or in the event of submission. ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.K.Indumathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for respondent 1.

2. We do not find any order passed by the authority, refusing registration. It appears that the petitioner withdrew the application under the apprehension that the same would not be registered.

3. The petitioner may submit an application along with the sale certificate. It is for the authority to pass appropriate orders upon it and if any order is passed adverse to the petitioner, the petitioner has the remedy of appeal also, which the petitioner can avail.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
