ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 494 r/w 109 of IPC in Crime No.5 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the third anticipatory bail petition and the earlier anticipatory bail petitions in Crl.O.P.No.13862 of 2017 and Crl.O.P.No.17426 of 2017 were dismissed by this Court on 26.07.2017 and 28.08.2017 respectively.

3. On a reading of the FIR, there is serious allegation against the petitioner. It is true that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the co-accused. But, however, this Court has dismissed the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner herein, since the allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature.

4. There is no change in fact situation for granting the relief of anticipatory bail.
