ORDER

This Court, by order dated 27.11.2018, has directed the respondents to permit the petitioner to encash the accumulated earned leave standing to his credit. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ represented by the learned standing counsel for the

respondents that the said order has been wrongly obtained from this Court suppressing the earlier order dated 16.10.2015 passed in W.P.No.33549 of 2015, wherein also the petitioner made a similar prayer for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.8.2014 claiming encashment of accumulated earned leave without any further delay. Based on the order dated 16.10.2015, a detailed proceeding has been passed on 24.1.2019. But this was not brought to the notice of this Court.

2. This Court, fully agreeing with the explanation offered by the respondents that the order dated 27.11.2018 has been obtained wrongly, hereby rescinds the order dated 27.11.2018 and the contempt petition stands dismissed.
