] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 100 days in preferring the Criminal Appeal against the judgement dated 26.09.2023 passed in S.C.No.22 of 2017 by the learned Session Judge, Mahila Court, Salem.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
